  • You have two days to cancel your order after the order has been made.


  • On occasion, items may sell out, or restocking may be delayed. Just write me an email and we will see what I can arrange. Even though most of my products may be limited edition.


HOW CAN I BECOME A OCTO DESIGN REPRSENTATIVE, SPONSOR, OR MODEL?

  • Our sponsors/representative must have ACTIVE followers. If you have the qualifying amount. Please email with your social media accounts and we will investigate to see if your further to see if you meet the requirements.

HOW TO TAKE CARE OF MY HAT?

  • If you have ordered a tie-dye hat is VERY IMPORTANT to not wash your hat in hot water or the color will fade quickly.


  • When caring for your hat, hand wash your hat gently in cold water with mild soap.


  • If that hat is too big for your head and you would like it smaller, spray your hat with cold water and let it air dry till damp. After place the cap on your head so the hat can mold to your head size.
